Do you use a title company?
Yes, absolutely. We use reputable and trusted title companies for every single transaction. This is for the protection of both buyer and seller, giving us all peace of mind.
A good title/escrow company can also help resolve common title issues that arise when selling land, making it a smoother process for us all.
How do I get paid?
We pay cash and keep it simple. We do not ask you to carry a loan or prolong the process with bank loans.
At the closing of escrow, the title company sends you the payment in your preferred method. (Commonly via wire transfer or cashier’s check)
Why shouldn’t I just list it with a Realtor or Agent?
It’s completely up to you! There are some pros and cons to consider.

After that, we ask your permission to inspect the property as-needed. We respect property rights and will never go on your property without your knowledge and permission.

When we start the sale process, we go through a complete checklist to confirm everything prior to closing. We will consider factors like road access, wetland/flood plains, title issues, easements, HOA bylaws, soil condition, slope, etc.
